You can find information about my art classes HERE or you can email me. I do public and private events, whether it's one on one or for a large group. I also work with all ages and experience levels. 

 

I REALLY LIKE YOUR WORK BUT CAN'T AFFORD IT...WHAT DO I DO?

Carini Arts is about inspiring people and changing lives, not making money. If you really want something but are struggling, message me at Info@CariniArts.com and I will find a solution for you. Payment plans are available with Afterpay and Shop Pay Installments (provided by Affirm Lenders), which includes a 12 month payment option (rates from 0% APR or 10-36% APR). You can view these options on the product page and select these options at checkout. Please note that rates and terms for originals and custom may vary, including payment plans.

 

YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS! HOW DO PAYMENT PLANS WORK?

Payment plans are generously provided by Afterpay and Shop Pay Installments and can be selected at checkout. On each product page is an option you can click next to the product to see, concisely and clearly, how they work. Shop Pay Installments offers both a short-term and 12 month plan, with varying interest rates.. It's simple, easy, and provides a convenient accessible option for those working with a budget. Please note that rates and terms for originals and custom may vary.

Shop Pay Installments:

Rates from 0%APR or 10-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers affirm.com/licenses. For example, a $800 purchase could be split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR or 4 interest free payments of $200 every 2 weeks.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Free shipping worldwide on most items. You are, however, responsible for all duties and customs fees for international orders. Please note that free shipping does not apply to originals and custom orders.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Processing generally takes about 1 business day. Product lead times are estimated at the following + shipping lead times. Please note that holidays may result in extended lead times and that in some cases, items will deliver faster than listed. Originals and custom orders will vary based on the specific order. I always prefer to under-promise and over deliver:

When your order ships, your tracking info is automatically sent to you via the email you provided during checkout. If you have questions about your tracking, simply reach out to me.

If your order hasn't shipped throughout the regular time frame, please reach out to me! I will resolve any outstanding issues ASAP.  

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Carini Arts ships internationally!  Internationally shipping is also currently free at the moment but you are responsible for all duties and taxes.

 

WHY AM I BEING CHARGED EXTRA BY CUSTOMS?

International taxes and duties are not included in your order and will need to be paid before delivery.  The cost of duties and taxes are regulated by your country’s customs bureau and not determined or collected by Carini Arts.

 

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will be provided a tracking link to track the status and location of your order when it is shipped. If in doubt, I can resend you the tracking link.

 

I RECEIVED MY TRACKING DETAILS, BUT IT DOESN'T SHOW ANY MOVEMENT! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If it has been more than two days since your order has been shipped and movement is not reflected on the shipper's website or it has been more than 48 hours since the last tracking update, please contact me at Info@CariniArts.com and I'll do everything I can to resolve the issue for you!

 

WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP WITH?

USPS, UPS, and DHL most commonly.

 

 WHAT IS A GALLERY WRAP?

Gallery wrap is a method of stretching an artist’s canvas so that the canvas wraps completely around the sides of the stretcher bar and is secured to the back of the wooden frame. Identified as THE premier method of framing for any and all high-quality art pieces. Carini Arts brings this option to you at an incredibly affordable price.

 

IS THE ART READY TO HANG AND HOW DO I HANG IT?

All canvases are ready to hang. One or two screws in the wall and you are ready to go!

 

WHAT IF MY CANVAS IS LOOSE?

Don't worry, there's an easy fix! My canvases are wrapped on stretcher bars that let you tighten them. If the canvas gets loose, take if off the wall and place the loosest edge on the top of a towel atop a table. You will see small plastic parts in each of the corners. Those are stretcher keys—tap the keys gently with a hammer to tighten the canvas. Tap down toward the table gently, then rotate the canvas and tap down on the next side. You don't have to do all four sides—just tap the keys in until the canvas is tight again. You may see the wood joint spreading apart, which is how the stretchers are designed to work. Tears in the canvas can occur if it is over tightened, but tears are rare. If you encounter a tear, please contact me.

 

THERE IS A DENT IN MY CANVAS, IS IT RUINED?

There is hope! Dents aren't the end. To correct a dent, lay the piece face down on an ironing board or a towel on top of a table. Use a normal clothes iron on a low heat setting and iron the dent out from the backside. 

 

CAN I HANG IT IN THE BATHROOM OR OUTDOORS?

Over time, moisture that can be found in these areas effect the canvas. This can ultimately damage the piece, but it can often times be corrected using the techniques mentioned above. I will never tell you that you can't hang the art you want where you want to hang it!

 

WHY IS THE COLOR OF MY CANVAS PRINT SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM THE WEBSITE?

Please note that due to differences in monitor color settings, the color you see on your computer or mobile device may be slightly different than the print you receive. Colors are as accurate as a process of this nature will allow with the tools available.

 

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

Size, shape, and orientation may vary by print.  I do offer custom sizing options and specialized commissions, unlike most other companies, though pricing varies. You can message me at any time for a custom size or an embellished & hand signed piece. Originals are also available.

 

DO YOU OFFER ORIGINALS OF THE PAINTINGS I LIKE?

Originals are absolutely available if they are not already sold. Contact Info@CariniArts.com for inquiries regarding original pieces or custom commissions. I also have a new section called "Featured Originals." 

 

CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE ART YOU OFFER?

In certain cases, I can modify the art or customize for size and content. This would be a custom order and prices will vary.

 

DO YOU HAVE INVENTORY OF CANVASES?

All of my canvas prints are made to order to ensure the highest quality.

 

CAN I PURCHASE AN UNSTRETCHED CANVAS OR DIFFERENT FORMAT?

Canvas prints are available that are unstretched, but it will not necessarily be more cost effective. Custom orders can also be placed in a variety of other formats upon request.

 

CAN I BUY A DIGITAL COPY OF THE IMAGE?

In some cases this is possible, with some restrictions. Carini Arts designs are licensed and offered in product collaborations. If you are interested in using our designs for your products or in a collaborative effort, please contact me.

 

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING?

I offer wholesale pricing to the trade! Contact Info@CariniArts.com to discuss your wholesale needs.

 

DO YOU LEASE OR RENT ARTWORK TO BUSINESSES?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Refund, return, and exchange policy HERE. Please note that regardless of policy, I will do everything within my power to find a reasonable solution that is a win/win in every scenario.
