I just sold 3 of my "Portals To A Better Place" and I want to share a couple things with you π΄π
For The Artists
I've been feeling the struggles of the 2026 market. Even though I make my living doing this and know things go up and down and will come back around, it's hard not to get down on yourself when things are slow. Sometimes I do start to question and doubt myself. Sales are 100% not the metric of value, but they do make it possible for many artists to continue doing what they love and were put on this earth to do, myself included. Sales can also absolutely spike confidence for an artist. That little kick to remind you who you are can go a long way. We all need a power up from time to time. If you're going through a down period, just keep going. I find the key to success is to simply never quit. As long as you keep going, there is always hope π
For The Collectors
When you buy a piece of art from an artist, you aren't just buying decor. You are investing in a small business, someone pursuing something they were probably told wasn't possible...something that is becoming more and more challenging every single day. You are keeping hope alive. You are feeding an artist and making it possible for us to continue sharing that passion, that calling, with the world. I know for me, a single sale might be the difference between feast and famine each week or month. It truly is what allows me to get the supplies to tell my next story. You keep us going. We need you. We appreciate you. Please continue to support the artists. This world needs art, needs hope, perhaps now more than ever before πΌοΈπ₯
